Title:  Electrician

​

Reports To:  Dion Cryer

​

Job Purpose: Our local Electric & Mold Remediation Company is growing to a point where they need to quickly expand their team. They are seeking an experienced Electrician with knowledge and skills pertaining to residential service and repair.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Locates and diagnoses electrical system problems using test equipment.

• Installs inspect, repairs, wires and maintains a variety of electrical systems and equipment to include main electric panel boxes, receptacles, lighting fixtures, switches, conduit or metal flex, etc.

• Ensures that materials used and workmanship meets the requirements of applicable technical and safety standards and will pass inspection.

• Interprets blueprints and specifications to determine electrical requirements for construction and calculates materials needed. Provides cost estimates for residential services.

• May provide support for the HVAC department in electrical installations.

• Ensures that all electrical installations are accurate, serviceable, and meet code parameters.

Minimum Requirements:

• License preferred

• 2-10+ Years’ experience in residential electrical work.

• Working knowledge of electrical systems

• Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Joist and Houzz preferred
