Hi! My name is James Milton IV

I get excited about helping our clients achieve their home improvement desires. As a 20-year industry professional and a native of St Louis, I am well versed in the practices and quality standards that are unique to the metro. area. I started my career as a laborer, at 14 years old I would catch the bus and metro link to wherever I was told. I spent hot St. Louis summers cleaning up organizing materials and painting on 20’ ladders, where I quickly learned to overcome my fear of heights. Later, as an apprentice in the carpenters union, I learned to respect and enjoy hard work, I framed houses and hung drywall in residential and commercial spaces.

From there I grew and enjoyed time at some of St Louis’s most well-established and high-end remodeling firms. Eventually, I worked my way into a project manager position, where I learned to communicate well and utilize my team to the best of their abilities. All along the way accumulating the necessary knowledge and communications skills necessary to launch and establish Top Tier as an industry standard. In short order, we have garnered an A rating on the Better Business Bureau website and a stellar safety record.

 

As acting CEO is my responsibility to see to it that your project goes as smoothly and predictable as possible. I also hold us to high quality and professional remodeling standards Above all Top Tier is a company that values people and have relationships built on trust. Personally, I am happily married to my wife of 20 years. I have three amazing daughters and one son-in-law. I enjoy traveling whenever possible, billiards, and family get-togethers. I welcome the opportunity to service your needs in the future.
