CAN YOU PULL PERMITS FOR MY PROJECT?
Yes. We can manage all permits needed for your project. As we start your consultation project we'll identify any permits needed and inform you of any fees. Some municipalities have specific requirements.

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. We have general liability insurance that protects your property and valuables while TTC is onsite for the duration of your project.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
At this time we do not offer financing but please check back with us in the future. We're currently considering financing options to better serve our clients in the future.
WHAT IS THE CONSULTATION PROCESS?
You'll receive an email confirming your virtual consultation date and a Zoom link. Please be sure to allow up to an hour for the initial consultation. All projects start with a virtual consultation first prior to an onsite visit.
CAN WE MEET IN PERSON?
We're happy to visit your worksite in person. We charge a fee of $150 for all onsite consultations. This fee is applied to your overall project cost should you decide to work with Top Tier Contracting.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE A CHANGE TO THE PROJECT SCOPE?
It depends on the nature of the change order request. If the issue was unforeseeable, we would pause the project then write up a scope and cost that addresses the additional work. Once that has been approved by our client, we would resume the project.

If it is a foreseeable change order request then we will bid one request at no extra charge. All subsequent change order requests will have an additional $75.00 consultation fee in addition to the scope.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORK HOURS?
We maintain a working schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours available at our discretion. We do require full access to the project area during these hours.

WILL YOU WEAR MASKS DURING CONSTRUCTION?
Our team makes every effort to maintain health & safety at the worksite. Masks are worn at our client's request during consultation meetings however, they are not a regular requirement during the workday on site.
